Product Warranty and Registration

SunMizer has been developed and tested using rigorous and exacting Mil and Telcom standards that far exceed product specifications. Each unit is permanently sealed in a NEMA 6 (IP 67) enclosure that ensures that SunMizer will not be damaged by even the harshest outdoor environments. SunMizer contains no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair or service the unit. Opening or tampering with the SunMizer enclosure or modifying the unit will void the product warranty.

Every SunMizer unit is covered by a 20 year warranty that includes a provision for replacement labor.

Return Materials Request Authorization

Xandex requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before returned materials will be accepted. To request an authorization to return materials to Xandex for any reason please complete and submit an RMA request form and a customer service representative will contact you with an authorization number for your return. MATERIALS ARRIVING WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
